Description

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is the most researched meditation program in the world and is currently taught in 42 of the 50 states, at all the major universities, and in many of the Fortune 500 top companies across the world. The program teaches participants a variety of mindfulness practices including those for greater rest and relaxation, focus and concentration, also breathing meditation, eating meditation, walking meditation, and more. We’ll learn where stress is actually coming from and the science behind how it affects our bodies and minds…and how mindfulness can be applied to reduce our stress and increase our ability to effectively connect with others.

As part of the class, participants receive a comprehensive e-course book providing explanations and tips for students. Also, each student receives a set of Downloadable Guided Meditations (MP3) that are utilized throughout the four-week program and that also provides a seamless transition from the end of the course to the beginning of your independent practice.
